陈璞   加拿大工程院院士滑铁卢大学化学工程系、物理系双聘讲席教授。陈院士从事智能生物材料工艺中的分子自/共组装技术、靶向材料制备技术研发,是智能能源材料、纳米生物材料、生物界面工程、界面热力学、聚合物材料、纳米药物、微纳米智能器件等交叉学科研究领域的国际知名专家,先后主持加拿大、美国、印度、新加坡、中国等科研项目50多项,总经费1亿元,发表SCI学术论文200余篇,专利120余项。现团队诚邀数十名海内外英才在纳米材料、先进能源系统和智能设备方面共同努力。

滑铁卢大学是一所以研究为主的中等大小的公立大学,创建于1957年。该校位于安大略省的西南面的滑铁卢市,是一所加拿大的顶尖公立大学。2011年到2013年,该校一直稳居麦克林杂志评选的加拿大综合性大学排名的第三位,是北美地区最优大学之一,其数学,计算机科学和工程学科教学和科研具有较高水平。

齐鲁工业大学(山东省科学院)聘任陈璞院士为首席战略科学家、学术带头人团队致力材料、智能装备、新能源领域。依托齐鲁工业大学(山东省科学院)新材料研究所及齐鲁材料科学与工程学院共同构建国际一流的开放式智能纳米材料创新平台。陈院士牵头,协同青岛海洋国家实验室、青岛大学、中国海洋大学、青岛国际院士港等筹建国家研究中心。团队热情鼓励国内外科学家开展合作研究,热情为工业界提供相关的知识与技术咨询并承担工业界资助的研究项目,热情鼓励青年学者来这里学习深造,成为材料科学研究的高级人才。


引进人员条件


1) 博士后:取得博士学位2年内,近5年以第一作者身份在相关领域在SCI刊物发表论文至少1篇;具有较强的独立科研能力和敬业精神。

2) 博士生:具有扎实的专业基础知识、较强的学术研究能力和学术发展潜力,学术业绩突出的海内外优秀博士。

3) 教授:国外知外大学(科研院所)具有助理教授及以上职务或相当职位,国内知名大学(科研院所)具有教授职务或相当职位的优秀人才,可胜任学术带头人的能力。

4) 副教授:在国内外高水平大学或研究机构两年以上工作经历;在所招聘方向及相关领域取得过有影响的科研成果,以第一作者身份在SCI刊物发表论文5篇以上(其中中科院分区2区以上论文不少于3篇);

5) 讲师:在所招聘要求及相关领域已有明显业绩,具有成为学术骨干的潜质,具有独立开展教学科研能力;近5年以第一作者身份在SCI刊物发表论文2篇以上(其中中科院分区2区以上论文不少于1篇)


说明

1) 滑铁卢大学引进的博士生以CSC资助者优先;或团队帮助符合条件的硕士、博士生、博士后、研究员和科学家申请到CSC,并附上院士推荐信。当然,如果申请不到CSC,我们团队也可以帮助申请其他资金的支持。

2) 本课题组的团队成员均有机会前往国内外知名高校与科研院所进行合作科研与访问研究的机会,如哈佛大学、斯坦福大学、澳大利亚国立大学、墨尔本大学、莫纳什大学、昆士兰大学、新加坡国立大学、牛津大学、南洋理工大学、南京大学、山东大学、复旦大学、同济大学、上海交通大学等。欢迎青年研究人员加盟,同时研究团队为具有相关经验的博士生和博士后提供优越的科研待遇和量身设计的职业发展规划。

薪资标准

1) 滑铁卢大学&齐鲁工业大学(山东科学院)引进博士(后)的薪资待遇将高于行业标准,年薪20~60万,具体面议;

2) 齐鲁工业大学(山东科学院)是一所政府机构,享受当地人才引进的各项补贴政策;

3) 全职博士后研究人员是团队的重要组成部分,除学校的薪资待遇外,额外享有一定的生活补贴。博士后完成聘任后,可竞聘学校教师岗位;

研究领域:智能及新能源材料

1) 水系混合电化学材料研究

3) 电芯研究

应聘条件:化学,物理,电化学、材料科学与工程专业;有新型水系电池研发经验(如钠离子电池、锌锂电池、锌溴电池等)熟悉电池材料、电芯及电池组系统优先

4) 正、负极材料研究

应聘条件:材料、电化学专业;有电解二氧化锰行业、锰酸锂前驱体研究、锂电池正极材料、水系锂离子钠离子正负极材料及其他金属氧化物材料的主导研究经验优先;

Recruitment Guide


Pu Chen, Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, Chair Professor of Nanomaterials in Canada,in the Departments of Chemical Engineering and Physics at the University of Waterloo. Academician Chen workson the research and development of molecular self/co-assembly and targeted materials in intelligent energytechnologies. He is an internationally renowned expert in the fields of interdisciplinary research, including smart energy materials, nano-biomaterials, bio-interfacial engineering, surface thermodynamics, polymer materials, nano-scale drugs, and micro-nano-intelligence devices. He has hosted more than 50 research projects in Canada, the United States, India, Singapore, and China, with funding over 100 million RMB, published over 200 SCI papers and 120 patents. The Chen team is looking for dozens of talents to join its effort in nanomaterials, advanced energy systems and smart devices.

1) University of Waterloo

University of Waterloo is a medium-sized public university with a focus on research, founded in 1957. Located in Waterloo, southwest of Ontario, the school is a top public University in Canada. From 2011 to 2013, the school has consistently ranked third in the list of Canadian comprehensive universities by Macleans magazine. It is one of the best universities in North America and has the highest level of research and teaching in mathematics, computer science and engineering.

2) Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences)

Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences) hired Academician Pu Chen as the chief strategic scientist and academic leader. The Chen team focuses on new nanomaterials and intelligent devices and is committed to energy innovations. Relying on the Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences) New Materials Research Institute and Qilu School of Materials Science and Engineering, the team will build a world-class, open intelligent nanomaterials innovation platform. Academician Chen takes the lead to establish a national research center in collaboration with the Qingdao Ocean National Laboratory, Qingdao University, Ocean University of China, and Qingdao International Academician Park. The team enthusiastically encourages domestic and foreign scientists to conduct collaborative research, provide knowledge and technical consultation for industry, and undertake research projects funded by local, provincial and national agencies. The team helps young scholars study and become a senior talent in nanomaterials science and energy research.


Requirements

6) Postdoctoral Fellows: Obtaining a Ph.D. degree within 2 years, applicants have published at least 1 paper in an SCI journal in the relevant field as the first author, and strong independent research ability and professionalism.

7) Doctoral Candidates: Excellent professional knowledge, strong academic research ability and development potential, and outstanding academic performance at home and abroad.

8) Professors: Having rank of assistant professor and above, or equivalent position, in a foreign well-known university (scientific research institute), or being a well-known talent in a domestic university with professorship or equivalent, applicants can be competent as an academic leader.

9) Associate Professors: More than two years of work experience in high-level research environment, influential research results in related fields, more than 5 papers in SCI journals as the first author, including no less than 3 papers in the 2nd district or above as described by the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

10) Lecturers: Having achievements in related fields, the potential to become an academic leader, and the ability to independently carry out research, applicants have published more than 2 papers in SCI journals as the first author, including no less than 1 paper in the 2nd district or above in the past 5 years.


Notes

1) PhD student candidates applying to Waterloo are preferred with CSC (China Scholarship Council) sponsorship; or the Chen team helps qualified graduate students, postdocs, researchers, and scientists to apply to the CSC with a recommendation letter. If an applicant fails to obtain CSC, we may be able to help the applicant to apply other financial supports as well.

2) The team members have the opportunity to cooperate with well-known universities and research institutes at home and abroad for collaborative and visiting research, such as Harvard University, Stanford University, Australian National University, Melbourne University, Monash University, University of Queensland, Singapore National University, Oxford University, Nanyang Technological University, Nanjing University, Shandong University, Fudan University, Tongji University, and Shanghai Jiaotong University. Young researchers are welcome to apply, and the team provides superior research stipends and tailored career development plans.

Salary Standards

1) The support at the University of Waterloo & Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences) for PhD students and postdocs will be higher than the industry standard;

2) Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences) is a government institution and enjoys various government support policies for recruited talents;

3) Postdoctoral fellows, an important part of the team, will enjoy certain living allowances, in addition to an annual salary of 200,000 to 600,000 RMB. After completion of the appointment, they can apply for professional positions at the University;

Salary treatments for leading talents, discipline leaders and young talents will be on a case by case basis.

Areas of Research: Smart and Energy Materials

1) Aqueous hybrid electrochemical systems

Requirements: Electrochemistry, physical chemistry, nanomaterials, and experience in aqueous hybrid battery systems preferred.

2) Nano metal-oxide electrode materials

Requirements: Electrochemistry, physical chemistry, nanomaterials, and experience in nano metal-oxide electrode materials preferred.

3) Battery systems

Requirements: Chemistry, physics, electrochemistry, materials science and engineering, and experience in novel aqueous batteries(e.g., sodium ion, zinc-lithiumand zinc-bromine batteries) or familiar with battery cells and systems preferred.

4) Cathode and anode materials

Requirements: Materials, electrochemistry, priority given to those familiar with electrolytic manganese oxides, lithium manganate precursors, cathode and anode materials of aqueous lithium ion or sodium ion batteries.

5) Cathode and anode current collectors

Requirements: Materials, electrochemistry,priority given to those familiar with aqueous cathode and anode current collectors,carbon conductive agents, nickel-based cathodes (as in nickel-zinc, nickel-cadmium systems).
